Do you ever have so many thoughts that you have no idea where to begin?
You feel empowered by so much, but don't quite know where to start!
I love the 'classics' because I walk away feeling that way regularly. Problem with my pregnancies is my biggest passion, which is reading classics, I don't want to do. I miss that feeling of empowerment. I miss analyzing my life and myself with a new found perspective. Luckily, we live in a day and age of other forms of receiving empowering words and thoughts.
So many things recently have made this change in me. So many in fact that I can't seem to organize my thoughts or recover.
I also seem to walk away being so thankful for a plethora of things. The biggest thing I am thankful for is my knowledge and understanding of womanhood. And for having a husband who also has an amazing understanding.
There is nothing better then having a husband who cheers you on. A husband who knows the amazing power women hold and empowers me to embrace it daily. Who stands up for me at all times. Even if it means expecting a toddler to respect his wife at all times. There is nothing better then knowing my kids have an amazing example!
I am so thankful for the amazing women who have been so strong to break through the repression they have faced. Women who put their kids first to make a better tomorrow.
Want to feel empowered too?! Or even again?! I strongly recommend watching The Help, or PBS's Half The Sky. They are both honest documentaries. I have been so blessed!
